The rooms in Paris are generally smaller than rooms in other European cities. As of 1 January 2011, by law, it is no longer permitted to add additional beds to rooms of less than a certain number of square metres. In some hotels, it is therefore not possible to book rooms with extra beds.
At some of the hotels it is possible to book rooms with 3-4 beds for families with children. This will be indicated during the booking phase for the individual teams.
For children up to 15 years of age, there are different rules from hotel to hotel. At most hotels, children under 12 years of age stay free of charge if they share a room with 2 paying adults. There may be an extra charge for breakfast for children. The rules for this are stated in the text for each individual hotel. Not all hotels offer extra beds for children or accommodation in parents' beds. At these hotels, an additional hotel room must be booked.
Ørslev Bike Travel has a limited number of rooms available for relatives in Paris. It is therefore recommended to book rooms as soon as possible.
